The first bench we picked up traveling through Oregon. It’s obviously hand made so it’s a little rough, but very sturdy.

The seat was gone and most of the paint so I cleaned it up and repainted. I had to dig into my stash of barnwood for the seat.

I cut pieces to fit then a light sanding and several coats of polyurethane and it’s ready for outdoor lounging.

The next bench was one I built years ago. Structurally it’s still in great condition but it was looking a little tired and boring.
